Oahu Beach rentals are a fantastic way to experience Hawaii. The Hawaiian Islands are a tropical paradise, with so much to offer visitors. When looking for a beach rental there are many different options to meet your needs. There are many condos available for rent in Oahu. Condos can range in size from small studios to large spaces with three or four bedrooms.
A studio condo is the perfect size for a couple, while a larger condo can easily accomodate a family. If more space is needed for a larger family there are many beachfront homes available as vacation rentals.
If the trip to Oahu is for a wedding or a family reunion there are luxurious beachfront estates available. These mansions can accomodate large groups, while also providing a beautiful setting for any event.
How Much Do Oahu Beach Rentals Cost
Oahu beach rentals have a wide variety of different amenities. A budget condo complex tends to have very few amenities. But if one is not looking for amenities, a budget studio condo can be rented for as little as $75 per night in the low season.
An upscale condo complex may have many of the same amenities as a resort such as a pool, restaurants, and a spa. These condos can be rented for $175 to $300 per night. The nightly cost of a condo also depends on the view that the unit has. A direct ocean view will cost more than a garden view.
A luxury rental such as a beachfront mansion will usually have top of the line amenities such as a pool, hot tub, gourmet kitchen, a sauna and spa-like bathrooms. Luxury rentals are usually priced by the week. They can cost anywhere from $5,000 per week to upwards of $25,000 per week..
So Many Beaches, So Much to Choose From
The island offers many beautiful beaches and one is sure to find many different Oahu beach rentals.
If one wants an exciting, bustling atmosphere they may be interested in a vacation rental on Waikiki Beach, Oahu's most famous and busy beach.
The North Shore of Oahu is home to many gorgeous beaches; Turtle Bay is a great snorkeling spot, and Sunset Beach is a Mecca for big wave surfing.
The east coast features Lanikai Beach, which has been ranked as the number one beach in the world by Conde Nast. Around the corner is Kailua Beach, which is a great spot for families. This beach is great for water activities and offers boating, windsurfing, kayaking, and sailboarding.
Oahu Beach Rentals - Times and Seasons
The Hawaiian Islands are tropical, and the weather is pleasant year-round. Like many popular tourist destinations Oahu does have a high season and a low season. The high season runs from December through March, as well as the months of June and July.
During the high season prices on beach rentals will be higher, with the highest prices being charged during the days between Christmas and New Years.
Oahu is a wonderful place to visit, with something to offer all travelers. It makes a wonderful vacation destination, as well as a great location for a family reunion or a destination wedding. With so many Oahu Beach Rentals available, it is easy to find the perfect vacation rental for you.
